1. Check your Data Connection

Uninstall and Reinstall Google Play Store Updates

Sometimes Apps will not download from play store due to internal problems with the latest update.  The best solution is to uninstall recent Play store Updates and reinstall them.  To do that follow the below steps. Goto Settings and open Apps under Device. From here Tap on three vertical dots on top right corner and tap on Show System.
